Systematic Literature Reviews (SLRs) are essential methodologies for theory development across various disciplines. Recent advancements, including Artificial Intelligence (AI) tools might enhance the rigor and scope of SLRs while raising questions about their responsible use. This PDW proposal explores the potential and limitations of AI in improving SLR methodologies, focusing on quality assessments and impactful practices. By involving well-known SLR experts who are also part of the editorial team of leading top-tier review journals such as JMS, JOM, HRMJ, IJMR, and ORM, this PDW proposal aims to provide a deeper understanding of potential AI tools useful for SLRs, as well as knowledge about possible pitfalls in using such tools.

Details regarding the registration process for the PDW will be announced soon via the AoM listserv and LinkedIn by the organizers. Interested applicants will be required to complete a Google Form, providing information on their career stage, motivation for participation, and the research proposal they wish to discuss. Additionally, applicants will be asked to indicate their preferred facilitator for the discussion. While the organizers will make every effort to accommodate participants' preferences, specific matches cannot be guaranteed.
