The goal of this symposium is to explore moral diversity - diversity in opinions of right and wrong - and its influence across a wide spectrum of employee-level organizational behaviors. Taking a uniquely broad approach to conceptualizing moral diversity, the papers in this symposium consider moral diversity in terms of punishment preferences, values, judgments, and ideology. The papers explore both antecedents to, and consequences of moral diversity.
