The presentation aims to share the context, assumptions, actions, and results of the international needs-fit learning project. The project is conducted in eight European medium-sized cities to support underrepresented groups based on identified needs and enhance diversity in technology society. The project conducted a 31-month assumed to realize testing actions to identify, activate, and support underrepresented groups such as people with disabilities, elderly people, migrants, or students who desire to enter the technology sector. The presentation includes examples of testing actions implemented during the project, results caused by actions, reflective analyses, and recommendations for the future. Intersectional projects merge forces of universities, companies, non-government organizations, and municipalities to support diversity and inclusiveness in society. The presentation is an excellent example of the power of learning built on international and intersectional collaboration. The project results, methods of needs-fit learning, ways of encouraging to learn, examples of testing actions, and materials that can be used as case studies will be provided to the audience. It can enhance problem-based learning (PBL) and team-based learning (TBL).
