Changes in the workplace have continued to not only shape individuals' perceptions, attitudes, and career experiences but also demand individuals to be self-directed in their career self-management. A critical question in research on changing careers concerns the resources individuals need to respond to the increasing demands of career construction. In this study, we propose that career crafting and career adaptabilities resources are essential for coping with career planning and decision-making process. Our model proposes that the influence of career crafting on individuals’ career adaptability is mediated by career resilience. Additionally, we extended our research model by exploring learning goal orientation as a potential moderator of the mediation effect. Based on the extant literature review, the research hypotheses along with a research model will be presented. Results, discussions, implications for research and practice will be discussed in the poster presentation.
