The purpose of this paper is to explore Black men’s experiences as targets of workplace sexual harassment. Using a mixed-methods approach, findings indicate Black men encounter multiple forms of WSH, yet the type, location, and perpetrator identities are similar. Analyzing 39 qualitative incidents, three key themes emerged: Boundary violations, power dynamics, and racialized sexualization. These findings reveal how Black men’s WSH experiences are shaped by racialized and gendered aggression, challenging traditional victimhood narratives.
