This caucus brings together a growing community of current and former editors of leading management and business studies journals to discuss issues affecting the academic publishing filed. In particular, we will focus on the increasingly challenging issue of editor/publisher relations with a view of developing some industry wide best practices to better manage this crucial relationship in the broader public interest
Whilst of particular interest to editors, former editors or aspiring editors this caucus is open to all AOM members. The issues we propose to discuss has a broad reach and affects most AOM members both as authors and reviewers. Furthermore, this caucus would be relevant to anyone with a connection or interest in the academic publishing industry and to the production of knowledge more generally.
