Drawing on three examples, this paper explores the application of feminist speculation within Management and Organisation Studies (MOS). Each example, in its own unique way, seeks to challenge traditional anthropocentric views and incorporate more-than-human perspectives to promote ethical reflections and imagine alternative organisational practices: The Grapevines’ Stories address mutual care in viniculture, the Snow Vignettes promote sustainable practices in winter tourism, and Unpacking Futures rethinks the dissemination of academic knowledge through its material aspects. These approaches critique fundamental MOS assumptions on anthropocentrism and propose new, inclusive ways of engaging with complex organisational dynamics that respect and include non-human actors. This work highlights the need to extend MOS paradigms to effectively address environmental, social, and epistemological imperatives and inspire otherness.
