In the current context of difficulties in recruiting and retaining staff, upgrading skills and developing human potential are major levers for developing added value in organizations. The aim of this article is to demonstrate the contribution of interactive pedagogy in supporting the skills development of a business manager. The article presents case studies of the coaching of three lecturers and two managers, supplemented by interviews with the managers of these activity managers. We begin by presenting the challenges faced by learner managers and activity leaders. Secondly, we'll look at the methods used to support interactive pedagogy. Finally, we'll look at the qualitative, quantitative and financial results of coaching in the above-mentioned cases, as well as their limitations.
