This study examines how social enterprises (SEs) can scale their impact by transforming community dynamics from resistance to active collaboration. Focusing on the case of Cotti in Fragranza (CiF), an Italian SE supporting the reintegration of individuals with criminal records, the research highlights the critical role of communities in amplifying social impact. The findings reveal a process where communities evolve from antagonists to collaborators, enabling deeper and broader impact. This study contributes to understanding the mechanisms through which SEs engage communities to achieve and scale social impact.
