This study introduces the Ethical Convergence Model (ECM), a novel framework designed to address the complex ethical challenges arising at the intersection of advanced digital technologies and business practices. Rooted in a narrative analysis of S.B. Divya's science fiction novel "Machinehood," the ECM proposes a tripartite approach: Ethical Horizon Expansion, Stakeholder Spectrum Integration, and Adaptive Responsibility Allocation. This framework aims to guide businesses in navigating the ethical complexities of a technologically advanced future where the boundaries between human, machine, and corporate entities are increasingly blurred. The study contributes to the growing body of literature recognizing the limitations of current ethical frameworks in addressing the moral implications of advanced technologies. By synthesizing themes from speculative fiction with current discourse in business ethics, AI ethics, and posthumanism, the ECM offers a forward-thinking approach to ethical decision-making in an era of rapid technological advancement and changing societal structures.
