In this paper, the authors explore the business dysfunctions at a medical solutions company using the socio-economic approach coupled with an action research model. MSS, the company under study, suffered from an increasing turnover rate (TOR) that came with external business stressors, including the COVID19 pandemic. In addition, the authors used analytic correlations to explore the dynamics between the business dysfunctions at MSS and the TOR. Implementing the socio-economic approach to management (SEAM), the authors describe the implementation of integrated training at MSS to improve the business dysfunctions. The TOR then decreases, also statistically proven to be correlated.
