This study explores the impact of leader incivility on organizational citizenship behavior (OCB) among municipal employees, focusing on trust and commitment as mediators. We investigate these relationships utilizing a quantitative approach to analyze data collected through a survey with a robust sample size. The findings reveal significant effects of leader incivility on OCB, with trust and commitment playing key mediating roles. These results offer valuable insights for organizational leaders and policymakers, emphasizing the importance of fostering civility and understanding its complex relationship with employee behavior and attitudes.
