The Consortium is designed for STR faculty members who attained tenure on or before August 2024 and possess a minimum of five years of academic experience. It will include panel discussions featuring senior faculty members, as well as break-out and/or Q&A sessions, providing mid-career faculty members with the opportunity to interact with the panel of senior faculty.
