This Professional Development Workshop will be a participative and creative exchange of experiences and aspirations for applications of artificial intelligence in management education and development. Using Appreciative Inquiry methods to structure group interactions, participants will recall and share their best experiences incorporating artificial intelligence in learning activities and then will exchange their dreams about how they would like to expand their educational applications of Artificial Intelligence. The facilitators for this session will share their own innovative learning activities integrating artificial intelligence tools with ethical and spiritual aspects of human consciousness. This session is intended for those who want to hear from other management educators about their best successes with artificial intelligence and to join facilitated discussions to collaboratively generate scenarios to accelerate and optimize the productive potential of artificial intelligence.
