This workshop explores how generative AI, such as ChatGPT, can revolutionize the grant-writing process by expediting content creation, enhancing clarity, and optimizing proposal structure. Partic-ipants will gain insights into the strategic use of AI to complement traditional methods, fostering greater efficiency and competitiveness in securing research funding. We will discuss ethical con-siderations, disclosure requirements, and best practices for integrating AI tools responsibly into the grant development workflow. The session will include live demonstrations, interactive discussions, and practical exercises to help participants harness AI for drafting Specific Aims, Research Strate-gy sections, and ancillary materials like Letters of Support and Budget Justifications.
