The Conflict Management Division Junior Faculty Consortium is designed for early-career scholars seeking professional development, navigating diverse career paths in academic markets, and expanding their professional networks. The consortium focuses on three key topics essential to launching and sustaining successful academic careers: (1) achieving tenure, (2) developing a research identity, and (3) thriving in academia as a junior scholar. The Professional Development Workshop (PDW) will be led by a diverse group of mid-career and senior scholars, each providing a unique perspective on these topics. The format will include short presentations followed by audience Q&A sessions.
