The TIM Division will hold this event in 2025 for the first time. The overall objective is to support TIM scholars who have recently achieved tenure or a similarly significant career advancement to develop a strategy for the next stages of their careers. Towards this objective, leading TIM scholars will reflect on their experience and provide practical advice and mentorship in various regards (e.g., research, teaching, outreach, networks, administrative functions, etc.).
