The Junior Faculty Consortium (JFC) is an annual event that provides an opportunity for early career faculty members and postdocs who are members of the Organizations and the Natural Environment (ONE) or the Social Issues in Management (SIM) division to network with senior faculty members and develop their research ideas. In addition to getting one-on-one feedback on a working paper, the JFC offers panel debates and roundtables that allow for discussing career trajectories, publication issues, and non-research issues salient to the junior faculty’s current position. The session is open for ONE and SIM junior faculty and postdoctoral fellows. Attendance is by application. You must be in the first five years of your employment as a faculty member or in a postdoctoral position. Applicants are requested to email their application documents (CV, motivation letter, extended research abstract) to Christina Bidmon (c.m.bidmon@uu.nl) and Sana Chiu (schiu@bauer.uh.edu) until May 31st, 2025.
