The ODC Doctoral Consortium is a developmental opportunity for doctoral students who are working in the area of organizational development and change. Pre-registration is required. The session is by invitation only. Attendees will have applied and been invited to attend the consortium. Invited attendees will receive program information directly from the organizers. The consortium will provide opportunities for community building, structured discussions, and informal interactions between doctoral students, new faculty members, and senior faculty mentors. You will hear perspectives on research, publishing, career development, and other early career questions. Faculty mentors will give helpful feedback and focus on how to achieve publishable results.
