The TFW (Taylorism, Fayolism, Weberism) virus present in all companies and organizations impacts their social and economic performance: hyperspecialization of people, depersonalization of work and separation between task design and execution. This observation leads us to pose a central and essential hypothesis: socio-economic organization based on job enrichment and individual empowerment would be an anti-virus enabling the reduction of malfunctions and therefore of hidden costs. The objectives of this PDW are to explore the impact of the TFW virus within organizations in the business consulting sector, and to identify best practices for fighting it.
