Sustainability managers play a crucial role in aligning organizational culture with Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) mandates. This workshop introduces the Integral Design Thinking (IDT) framework, a six-part model developed by Dr. Jaber as a result of her Ph.D. research “Integral Design Thinking: A Novel cross-national Framework for Sustainability Management” to help leaders holistically assess their organizations, identify gaps, and drive transformative change. The IDT framework equips sustainability leaders with tools to design solutions and embed essential elements into workplace culture, fostering long-term adaptability and resilience. The session combines evidence-based strategies, practical tools, and interactive activities. Participants will assess their organizations’ alignment with the IDT framework, identify areas for improvement, and collaboratively develop strategies to embed sustainable practices and foster cultural change. Group presentations and discussions will provide opportunities to exchange ideas and refine solutions. By the end of the workshop, participants will leave with practical insights, actionable tools, and a tailored roadmap for driving organizational adaptability and sustainability. They will be equipped to integrate ESG principles and foster a culture that thrives in an evolving global landscape.
