Mahatma Gandhi relentlessly documented his experiments with truth his way to achieving freedom for India. He started many newspapers and wrote many books to communicate his message and also to financially support his activities. His autobiography relates his many experiments across all realms of life. With tremendous humility and determination, he used precise and piercing words to tap into the moral and spiritual fiber of the Indian masses and successfully converted them into an indomitable unified force. Could hearing Gandhi’s own words inspire managers and leaders to realize their purpose and resolve? In this workshop, a panel of management researchers will read aloud carefully curated powerful words from Gandhi himself to tell the story of his success. We will then invite the audience to meet in small groups to discuss the relevance and power of Gandhi’s words in empowering managers to adapt to and succeed in a rapidly changing world.
