The integration of Artificial Intelligence (AI) into management education is transforming how students learn, collaborate, and prepare for AI-enabled workplaces. This presentation explores the implementation of experiential learning strategies in Organizational Behavior (OB) courses using the RACE framework (Role, Action, Context, Explanation). The framework was designed to guide ethical and reflective AI interactions, enhancing students’ AI literacy, critical thinking, and ethical awareness. Drawing on two studies conducted in 2023 and 2024, this session highlights how structured frameworks and AI tools like ChatGPT can be integrated into OB curricula to foster deeper engagement with course material. The 2023 study examined trust dynamics and AI literacy during team projects, revealing the critical role of targeted instructional strategies in building confidence and addressing ethical concerns. Building on these insights, the 2024 study introduced the RACE framework, emphasizing prompt engineering, reflective activities, and hands-on experimentation with AI. Participants will learn practical strategies for incorporating AI into their courses, including team-based assignments, current event analyses, and reflective poster presentations. Through interactive demonstrations and group discussions, this session will provide attendees with actionable teaching tools, such as sample assignments and evaluation rubrics, to integrate AI effectively and ethically. This session is designed for educators in business, management, and interdisciplinary programs seeking innovative approaches to enhance experiential learning. By equipping students with the skills needed to navigate AI-enabled workplaces, this presentation contributes to the evolving landscape of management education in an era of rapid technological advancement.
