Experiential learning in business education is essential for bridging theoretical management concepts with real-world application. This session introduces a sponsored case competition framework, emphasizing its transformative impact on student learning and its potential to enhance corporate-academic partnerships. By leveraging this model, universities are able to provide students with unique opportunities to develop critical skills such as strategic thinking, leadership, teamwork, and industry knowledge. Corporate sponsors gain actionable insights and meaningful connections with students who offer a fresh perspective on critical business challenges. Participants will learn how to design and execute a sponsored case competition effectively, with insights drawn from undergraduate and MBA capstone class experiences.
