This presentation highlights the transformative potential of hackathons in revolutionizing management education by fostering interdisciplinary collaboration, igniting innovative problem-solving, and cultivating adaptability. Drawing on over a decade of experience with 70+ hackathons across six continents, the session underscores practical strategies to seamlessly integrate hackathons into curricula, effectively tackling real-world challenges and significantly enhancing engagement among both students and faculty. Participants will acquire actionable insights into organizing hackathons, optimizing team dynamics, and aligning outcomes with educational objectives, thereby empowering them to inspire future-ready learners and drive institutional change.
