In response to ongoing concerns about the research-practice gap in management science, this proposal aims to illustrate a practical approach to bridging this divide. We outline here the development of Aktum Insights™, an enterprise-level assessment of organizational performance based on established management and organizational psychology paradigms. The Aktum InsightsTM model features a three-stage framework that illustrates how organizational practices shape employee behavior, which in turn influence organizational performance.
