The management field faces a significant credibility challenge that threatens its ability to inform practice and advance knowledge. We present a comprehensive framework to address this challenge through three essential pillars: transparency in research processes, reproducibility of analytical procedures, and replicability of findings across contexts. Our analysis identifies critical gaps in current research practices and provides actionable recommendations for improvement. We emphasize the roles of pre-registration, registered reports, and data-sharing practices in enhancing research quality while addressing practical challenges such as data confidentiality and varying methodological approaches to finding new insights. By integrating insights from recent methodological advances, we offer guidelines for implementing these practices across different types of management research. Our recommendations span the entire research process, from theory development to data analysis and reporting. In sum, we provide a structured approach to building more credible and impactful management scholarship, ultimately strengthening the bridge between research and practice.
