This study examines how national development and cultural values shape Responsible Management Education (RME) perceptions. Using data from 1,411 business students across 52 countries, the research explores the impact of a country's Human Development Index (HDI) and espoused cultural values on students' views of RME and Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR). Findings indicate that higher HDI negatively influences the perceived importance of CSR and RME, while cultural values such as power distance and uncertainty avoidance play significant roles. These insights highlight the need for tailored educational approaches to foster global engagement with sustainable development principles.
