This paper will utilize data collected in a Syrian Refugee camp to evaluate the career experiences of student refugees enrolled in a coding bootcamp. The efficacy of vocational bootcamps on improving employment outcomes for refugees will be examined through analysis of selection data, daily performance, and outcome data for refugees.
