This study was conducted using data collected from immigrant entrepreneurs in the U.S. to investigate the effects of key dimensions of cultural intelligence on entrepreneur resilience and well-being measured as satisfaction. Path analyses indicate that CQ dimensions (knowledge, metacognition, skills) have significant effects on resilience. Further, CQ knowledge and skills exert a direct effect on entrepreneurial well-being while all CQ dimensions indirectly and positively enhance satisfaction through resilience suggesting mediating effect.
