This study investigates undergraduate students' ethical intentions at the beginning of their education and how responsible management education (RME) can foster ethical decision-making. Using the theory of planned behavior and ethical dilemma vignettes, the study found that students show a lack of perceived behavioral control and that their attitudes toward ethics and perceived moral obligation are key predictors of ethical intentions.
