Employee involvement in processes and strategy is a current topic around which several theories revolve. Indeed, we can observe that employees attach great importance to their company's values and to their involvement in them. In addition to operational skills, they want to know and be involved in the strategic orientations of organizations. Moreover, the accounting profession is facing new challenges with digitalization that brings new technologies, leading to firm’s reorganization and new services for customers. Our intervention-research aims to establish such involvement within an accountancy firm unfamiliar with management and collective strategic practices, but which is aware of the need for a certain transparency and strategic inclusion.
